Clean hotel with an attentive staff. Nice clean room that is close to the mall and anything else you may need as well as pretty much every Harrisonburg attraction. My only disappointment is there is no microwave in the room but there is a community microwave the lobby. Overall a decent place to stay
The beds were a little hard for my liking. One of the elevators didn't work. Needs some maintenance update
Nice room. Clean comfy bed..The room could use an electrical update. It was difficult to get electricity to 2 c pap machines bedside. The micro wave was not plugged in and we could not crawl underneath the desk. Sharon at the desk was the best! So helpful. She went out of her way to help us with luggage, came to our room to plug in the microwave.. she was outstanding and made our stay enjoyable.
Not told that elevators were out so since we had our key to our 4th floor room on my mobile phone we were surprised! Fortunately we were able to change to a first floor room.
Rooms are dated but clean. Normal breakfast area with plenty of seating. Coffee on demand. Staff that you meet in the hallway were warm and friendly.
I travel quite a bit for work and only stay at Hilton hotels. Originally booked the Doubletree up the street, but found out their hot water heater was down so I rebooked to this Hampton last minute. The rooms were fine, nothing special, but I wanted to leave a review to give Ashley at the front desk a shoutout. I checked out and realized I left my brand new AirPods in my room, and wouldn’t be able to return for several hours as I was working in the area. I called the front desk, and Ashley went up to the room I was in and immediately retrieved them before Housekeeping came. They were safely waiting for me when I returned later on. They would have probably magically disappeared at many other hotels, so I greatly appreciate Ashley grabbing them for me and keeping them safe until I could return to pick them up. 5 stars for service- thanks Ashley!
We booked a 2 night stay at the last minute. We needed 2 rooms near to one another. Prakash was immensely helpful. The rooms were clean and in good condition. I appreciated the coin operated guest laundry and availability of a microwave in the lobby downstairs. I'd recommend this place to family and we'll stay here again next time we're in the area.
Overall a pretty good hotel. Rooms were clean if a little dated but had everything we needed. Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and fresh. Definitly a great place to stop on our road trip.
